The product is a digital course "Somatic Approaches to Trauma" that was purchased by the customer on 7/22/20.
It was accessed three times, according to records in the digital course system, Kajabi. [Photo screenshot attached] The last time the records were accessed was on August 8, 2020 at a 9:50am timestamp.
The terms and conditions clearly state:
"12. Once a member has logged in to the site, Somatopia, any downloadable contents are considered as downloaded. Also, if records show that a member has logged in to the site before, this is understood as evidence the member had the capability to download the digital contents available to them on the site."

Since the individual purchased this course via Stripe and logged into the site three (3) times, including as recently as August 8th, and since the terms indicate that logging into the site stands as evidence that the member accessed and utilized the site materials, the materials are considered as rendered and therefore the claim of fraudulent charge is patently false.
