Work with the Body's Wisdom

How do we return to the organic intelligence that resides within each of us? How do we learn to listen to the inklings of bodily intuition and the felt sense? How do we come home to our bodies and ourselves?

This is our inquiry.

“I am a psychologist in private practice helping individuals to transform their experience of grief. I signed up for this course immediately upon seeing the ad. I've just completed Lesson 3 and it is already clear that this is an EXCELLENT course at an INCREDIBLY low fee. I recommend this course for all mental health clinicians! ”

Such a beautiful and healing course! ❤️ I have found a deep sense of being ‘back in my own life’ after watching and practicing what is taught here. My awareness grows daily, and I am learning to find new resources of ‘self nourishment’! Enriching for myself and those around me!

Best explanation so far and so well articulated, thank you! Trying to get this through to people, the old paradigm is that the mind likes to have stories about the why's... trauma work is so different and the body is amazing in protecting us and now we can learn more embodied healing ways to deal with the past!

Chrystele Lafaye

Wow! Very great explanation and understanding of how trauma affects us deeper than brain chemistry.

Amanda Vavrek Elijah Muhm

This was a wonderful course! Do you have anything additional coming soon?

Linda Maclsaac

Great , I am a psychologist and I work with all trauma, I agree that trauma is in the body , it imprints itself there , and needs to be dealt with in that modality
