to show you how to make changes in your life to function better, be happier and more fulfilled;
to help you to increase your feeling of emotional stability, your comfort level, and your ability to tolerate distress without acting in ways that are harmful to you.

Group investment is $30 per session. 

Each session goes for 50 mins (12noon-12:50pm).
